About the Course

In order to remain relevant and competitive in today's global economy, organizations need to redefine their business processes. Becoming customers centric, as well as eliminating wastes in terms of time and costs are key components in streamlining business processes. Business Process Management (BPM) provides the framework and tools to redesign business processes and achieve breakthrough improvements in quality, cycle-time and service while reducing process costs. This training introduces the fundamental principles, techniques and tools for actively managing business processes by taking participants through the six phases of the business process management (BPM) lifecycle, with the ultimate goal of improving organizational performance.

This course is designed for those who are responsible for improving or managing business processes of any kind in any kind of industry.
